Production flow 1: Prepare raw material, will use Solar cell laser scribing machine(cut the full cell into half or third or more), Solar cell tester (test the cut cell), EVA/ TPT cutting table(cut EVA/TPT to get the suitable length), Ribbon cutting machine( cut the PV ribbion).
Production flow 2: Weld solar cells into strings, will use solar cell Welding/Soldering table.
Production flow 3: Lay up and weld strings, will use layup table and visual check.
Production flow 4: Laminate the module, will use solar module laminator.
Production flow 5: Test the module if it is ok after lamination, will muse solar module EL tester
Production flow 6: Frame the module, will use solar module framing machine.
Production flow 7: Test the panel, will use solar panel tester/ solar simulator.
